When the last instalment has been paid, the instalment payments will cease, and if at a later point in time you purchase again a product from Betterdale Consulting, you must fill in the card information once again. Betterdale Consulting does not save your card details.

For late payments, interest is charged per commenced month as well as a reminder fee.

Right of cancellation

Services

For services, the right of cancellation runs for 14 days from your ordering of such – unless the service is arranged before the 14 days has expired – in such case your right of cancellation ceases when you commence the service or when it is delivered.

If you wish to cancel and return one or more goods, you must inform us within 14 days of the right of cancellation/return by E-mail to Betterdale Consulting, which we will answer within 24 hours on working days.

The purchase of services and digital products, where the material is delivered immediately is not encompassed by the right of cancellation according to the Danish Consumer Contracts Act, referred to in further detail as the “Danish Act concerning Certain Consumer Contracts, section 17, subsection2, cf.section 9, subsection2, No.2a.” This means that the 14-days right of cancellation ceases to apply unless agreed upon otherwise.

The purchase of a sequence of events/courses/subscriptions to the site, where you receive direct access to otherwise closed areas at the site, are thus not encompassed by the rules concerning the right of cancellation.

The same applies for purchases of other supplemental services. With respect to the Danish Consumer Contracts Act, the right of cancellation established in the law namely does not apply for services if the execution of the service commences simultaneously with the entry into the agreement/payment.

Hence you are expressly accepting with your purchase that you cannot exercise the right of cancellation since your product will be delivered immediately after payment and your service will be delivered within the right of cancellation deadline.

Physical products

A 14-day full return right is given on physical goods purchased on the web site unless otherwise agreed upon or appearing on your order. The 14-day period starts on the day when the order is delivered. Any possible return expenses will be defrayed by you.

We must be notified of the desire to cancel at the latest 14 days after the delivery and we must have received it at the latest 14 days after we have been informed of your exercise of the right of cancellation.

Purchases by commercial enterprises

If the purchaser is acting as a commercial proprietor/customer, the right of cancellation does not apply.

Delivery

The delivery time for physical orders typically is 5-10 working days. Digital products are delivered immediately.

Condition of goods when returned

You are liable for deterioration in the value of goods that is due to handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and function of the goods. This means that you may try the goods in the same manner as if you were shopping in a physical shop.

If the goods have been tested beyond what has been described above, they will be regarded as used and of deteriorated value. This means that when exercising the right of cancellation for your purchase, you will receive a smaller part or none of the purchase sum refunded. It is up to Betterdale Consulting to assess the condition of the goods.

Right to submit claims

A 2-year right to submit claims is given for products with respect to the Danish Sale of Goods Act. The right to submit claims applies for all faults in software, materials and fabrication.

Betterdale Consulting must be notified of claims concerning defects and omissions within a reasonable period of time after the goods have been received. Here, two months are deemed to comprise a reasonable period of time, unless agreed upon otherwise. We will refund reasonable shipping costs.

The claim will be invalid in the event of incorrect or abnormal operation of the product.

Betterdale Consulting will cover the return costs to a reasonable extent.
